Program “Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics”

The program took effect in accordance with the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2001. The program comprises more than 100 scientific-technological projects on 4 areas:

• Nanostructures physics;
• Technology of nanostructures;
• Diagnostics of nanostructures;
• Nanoelectronics and nanophotonics

Vice-President of Russian Academy of Sciences, Noble Laureate J. Alferov and academician of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine N. Nahodkin are program scientific directors. “NAUKA” Concern is the Head organization and Program Management Body.
